While hotel renovations continue, guests can experience the heart of the property at Jolly Roger’s Restaurant & Pirate Bar, our open-air poolside restaurant in St. Thomas. Open daily 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM, Jolly Roger’s serves island-inspired cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, and unbeatable views of Charlotte Amalie Harbor. Come for lunch, cool off in the swim-up bar, or linger for sunset as the sky turns gold over the Caribbean.

Coming Soon to the Castle

Our restoration continues beyond the hotel—soon, guests will be able to explore the property through guided and self-guided historic walking tours, tracing the island’s Danish heritage and pirate lore. We’re also in the final build-out of The Queen Anne, our signature fine-dining restaurant overlooking the harbor. Blending elevated Caribbean flavors with breathtaking views, The Queen Anne will offer an unforgettable evening experience where history, cuisine, and scenery come together atop Blackbeard’s Hill.


Until then, visitors can stop by the Rum Vault and Pirate’s Den Gift Shop, open 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM, to enjoy local rum tastings, handcrafted souvenirs, and exclusive pirate-themed merchandise. Soon, our online retail store will launch—bringing Blackbeard’s Castle collectibles, apparel, and keepsakes straight to your home.
